Lucifer. A being well known in the world of Metal. To go into his extensive list of his relationship with Metal would take forever, and while it would be pretty awesome to look at all the bands/fans tribute to the dark lord, the time needed to be invested would be ridiculously long.
So instead of looking at the guys rap sheet, we will just do the one thing this blog can do, look at one item he helped inspire.
That’s where the Het Anker Brewery comes into the picture with their Lucifer Beer.
The beer is straight from Belgium, the beer capital of the world, and I managed to snag a heifer of a bottle at 750ml.
Lucifer is a blonde ale that has a very evil taste to it that makes other blondes an angel waiting to be raped by the dark lord, and with an 8% content of alcohol, the experience can be intense.
The moment I opened this bottle, the whole kitchen turned into burnt charcoal and blood fire for a good solid evil second before turning back to normal, leaving the bottle frothing as the remnant of that episode.
The color of this beverage is just deceptive, because it looks very clean and sharp, but than again, the devil has always been known to be a sharp and well dressed individual to lure his unknowing minions.
Looking into the gateway of hell.
Final verdict: Great beer with a taste to make even the holiest amongst us sin, even if it is only for a short time.
